Empower The Future with an Energy Hub

At Nodriam Energy, we believe in harnessing renewable clean energy and leveraging traditional fuel to shape a sustainable future for generations to come. Thus we are building an integrated energy hub in Eagle Lake, Texas, USA with community and commerce services, designed to deliver exceptional returns.

Eagle Lake Integrated Energy Hub

The Hub

Nodriam's 10.74-acre Community & Commerce Hub is designed with a clear focus on functionality and accessibility. The layout effectively separates a lively retail area from a professional trucking facility, promoting safe and efficient traffic flow. With robust solar infrastructure and partnerships with trusted brands, this project is a progressive investment in Eagle Lake's economic growth, benefiting both the local community and the nation's supply chain.

Eagle Lake Strategic Location

The 10.74-acre site is strategically positioned in a vital logistics corridor just 10 miles from a major Walmart Distribution Center, with verified high-volume traffic.

Strategic Partnership

Nodriam Energy has secured a strategic franchise partnership with Nick & Moe's, a proven brand known for its high-quality "Famous Fried Chicken" food program. This partnership is critical to our success:

Operational Support & Godfathering: Provides initial operational oversight, training (62-hour program), and ongoing support, de-risking the Convenience Store / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) launch.

Proven System: Grants access to a turnkey food service model with a loyal customer following.
High Margins: The high-margin food program is a primary driver of the hub's net profitability.
Job Creation: Creates 15-20 permanent jobs for local residents, fostering community goodwill.

Investment Pathway

We have structured four distinct pathways, offering flexibility to our capital partners. Our preferred, most capital-efficient path is the Phased SBA Launch, which moves us to groundbreaking with the lowest initial equity.

Preferred Pathway

1. Phased SBA Launch

$984,000

Initial equity raise to secure a $4.5M loan package and build the core, cash-flowing assets first.

Accelerated Path

2. Full SBA Launch

~$4.85M

Single equity raise to secure a larger loan and build the entire project in one accelerated phase.

Max Speed / No Debt

3. Phased SBA Launch

~$9.3M

A single 100% equity raise to fund the entire project for the fastest possible timeline to completion.

Max Control

4. Phased Self-Funded

Series of Raises

Fund each construction phase with 100% equity, offering maximum control and a measured pace.

Strategic Vision: Flagship to Consortium

The Eagle Lake project is the blueprint. Our vision is to build a consortium of 3-5 Integrated Hubs, leveraging this profitable and repeatable model to achieve significant economies of scale.

Phase 1: Launch & Stabilize (Yrs 0-2)

Secure funding, build, and stabilize cash flow for the Eagle Lakes flagship project.

Phase 2: Strategic Expansion (Yrs 2-4)

Identify and acquire sites 2 & 3 in new high-growth logistics corridors, targeting Opportunity Zones.

Phase 3: Achieve Scale (Yr 5)

Operate 3-5 hubs, leveraging centralized management, bulk purchasing power, and a unified brand.
